Seating Options
Biergarten - $90 (Seat)Â
Biergarten Seats are located within rows of rectangle tables behind the VIP tables and accommodate 24 guests per table. It’s always a good time in the Biergarten Seats, however, seats are first come first serve with no assigned seating. If you have an 8th-grade student, let the committee know so we can do our best to have them serve you.
If you have a large group, we offer the option to purchase an entire long table and have it reserved for you the night of the event. To reserve an entire table, purchase 24 tickets at registration.
Bavaria (VIP) - $1,250 (Table)Â
Bavaria VIP Tables include reserved prime seating at round tables with seating for 8 people. You will enjoy VIP express check-in and dinner service before general seating. This package also includes two bottles of wine (to share) and dedicated service from an 8th-grade server.
Munich (Super VIP) - $1,650 (Table)Â
Enjoy SUPER VIP reserved seating front and center with personalized service by an 8th-grade server. Our Super VIP guests will enjoy a reserved table for eight people, two bottles of red and two bottles of white wine (to share) served in beautiful glassware. In addition, our SUPER VIP guests will dine with fine china, beautiful silverware, and linen napkins. Upon arrival, our SUPER VIP Guests will start the night with VIP express check-in and a complimentary bottle of chilled champagne. As a bonus, our SUPER VIP guests will enjoy dinner service before general seating and reserved parking for one vehicle.
Ushers are available night of Crab Feed to show you to your designated seating area.
No persons under 18 will be permitted. Absolutely no alcohol, coolers, or ice chests may be brought into the event. NO REFUNDS.
